In most situations we will accompany you on a viewing. At this point our staff will get to know more about you and if the property you are viewing isn’t for you, then hopefully we can find you a property to suit your needs. If you find a property you like, it is always advised to have a second viewing to ensure that you have covered all bases including specific measurements you might need or to see the property at a time outside our usual office hours.

This is possibly the most delicate part of a house buying process. Don’t be afraid to ask us for advice. It is our job to negotiate this deal.

Transparency is key. Before we put your offer forward we will need to know some more information. If you are needing a mortgage for example, we will need to ensure that you have an Agreement or Decision In Principle. If you are selling a house and in a chain, we will need the chain details which we can obtain from your agent.

Once your offer is put forward to our clients, we will provide prompt feedback on the offer and in most circumstances will be able to provide a figure that is acceptable if your offer is declined for any reason.
