Viewings at your property
We accompany all viewings, and our staff are trained to show your property in the best light possible. We will always give you prior notice, and ensure the viewing time and date is convenient for you making sure that you have time to prepare your property.
Once the viewing is finished, we will provide prompt initial feedback, and follow this up the next working day.
Negotiating an offer
Our job is to get you the best price possible. We will handle offers with careful thought and advise you on the strength of the offer and the circumstances of the buyer. In all situations we will check the position of the potential buyer, and their chain (if applicable) and the financial situation. Once we have collated all this information, we will work hard to secure your sale and support you throughout your transaction.
Each of our 5 offices has a dedicated sales’ progressor. You will have direct contact with that member of staff, so at any point during your sale if you have any questions or concerns then we are here to assist you. We pride ourselves on working with other local firms and would be happy to recommend a solicitor depending on your needs, the type of property you are selling and the time constraints of your sale.
