Formed in 1987 Summerfield has its roots in a traditional family construction firm which has been active in the Taunton area since 1823.  A key to Summerfield's success is its local knowledge and ability to acquire prime sites. Conscious of its responsibilities to the community and the environment it carefully plans the layout of these sites using local Architects to achieve sympathetic designs.

The Company aims to provide quality homes in good locations, combining traditional construction methods with creative designs.
