	Nick Hale DEA - Office Partner

	Nick Hale started in estate agency in 1985 as a negotiator in Bridgwater. He has a passion for the industry and has since worked in a number of towns in the South West, including Taunton, Wellington and Chard. The majority of his time as an estate agent has been spent in Bridgwater. Consequently Nick knows Bridgwater and many people within the town very well as he grew up in the Quantock village of Enmore in his teenage years.

	Steve Facey - Office Manager

	Steve joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 with the opening of the Cullompton Office. Along with his experienced team, he has thoroughly enjoyed establishing the Cullompton Office to now dominate a strong share in the local property market. Steve has worked within the local residential market in a variety of key roles for almost 20 years.

	Alexandra Wood - Negotiator

	Alex joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 as a Junior Negotiator and has now progressed to a Negotiator. Since being with the company she has completed a NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. Alex, as well as taking special interest in the promotion of the properties, in particular their newspaper and internet advertising, thrives on meeting and establishing rapport with clients and assisting them with their property search.

	Naomi Bolt - Secretary

	Naomi joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 when the Cullompton Office was first opened. She has proved to be a valuable member of the team due to her wealth of local knowledge; her family farming locally for many generations.Naomi has many years experience in administrative estate agency and has a consistently enthusiastic approach. Naomi is a vibrant member of the team who helps to ensure the smooth running of the office.

	Kevin James MNAEA - Manager

	Kevin joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2001 as a Negotiator for the Wellington team where he quickly progressed to Residential Sales Manager. Following 6 years in Wellington, Kevin is now the Manager of our successful Minehead Office. With a wealth of experience, Kevin deals with all aspects of Estate Agency and has excellent working relationships with Investors and Local and National Developers.

	Caroline Ferris - Negotiator

	Caroline has worked within the industry for 9 years gaining extensive knowledge of West Somerset. Joining Wilkie May & Tuckwood on 2009 as a Senior Negotiator, Caroline is proud to be part of a successful team. Her role within the office is as a Valuer but she also carries out viewing appointments whilst offering current market updates and practical advice to clients. 	Bill Cosgrove - Negotiator

	Bill joined the company in 2009 at our Taunton Office as a Negotiator and at the start of 2011, he was moved to the successful Minehead Office to continue his development as an adept Negotiator. Bill grew up along the West Somerset Coast and with his extensive local knowledge, he is very keen to establish himself as a valuable member of the Minehead team.

	Victoria Crane - Administrator

	Victoria joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood on the opening of the Minehead Office in 2007. In her current role, Victoria deals with all the administration in the Minehead Office but is also able to bring to Wilkie May & Tuckwood her previous experience as a Conveyancer for a local firm of Solicitors. Having always lived in the Dunster and Minehead are, Victoria is also able to bring her local knowledge to the Office.

Taunton

	David McCaffrey MNAEA - Associate Partner

	David has worked within the Taunton Office of Wilkie May & Tuckwood since 1999 when he joined the firm as a 17 year old trainee. In 2003, upon successful completion of the NFOPP Technical Award for the ‘Sale of Residential Property’ he became a member of the NAEA and has since gone on to become an Associate Partner of the firm.

	Jack Battersby - Negotiator

	Sales Negotiator Jack Battersby has been with Wilkie May & Tuckwood since 2007 having joined as a trainee. Jack has gained valuable experience of the industry having worked in the Taunton, Wellington, Cullompton and Lettings Offices and has witnessed and contributed to the progressive expansion of the firm first hand. In 2009 Jack, upon completion of the ‘NFOPP Technical Award for the ‘Sale of Residential Property’, became a member of the NAEA.

	Rebecca Smith - Secretary

	Becky, with over 6 years of administrative experience, has quickly become a valuable member of the team after joining the Taunton Office in 2009. In her current role, Becky deals with all the administration in the Taunton Office and contributes an efficient and thorough approach. Becky takes great pride in her work and apart from dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis, oversees the internet and newspaper advertising for all the properties.

	Steven Loveday MNAEA - Associate Partner

	After a number of years running his own business, Steven joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2004 where he was based in the Wellington Office. He was quickly promoted to Branch Manager in Watchet in 2007 where he deals will all aspects of estate agency and valuing. The branch has gone from strength to strength due to Steve’s philosophy to work extremely hard for his clients giving friendly advice and excellent customer service. Steve has extensive local knowledge of the West Somerset area where he acts for a wide variety of clients.

	Samantha Perry - Administrator

	Sam joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2011 having spent the previous 3 years working in the Social Housing sector. 	Symon Jeffrey MA MNAEA - Partner

	Symon joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2000 after a 10 year career at sea travelling the world. In 2003 he gained his Masters Degree (MA) in Business Management and in 2004 National Association of Estate Agency (NAEA). Symon quickly established himself as a competent Negotiator and Manager breaking new records year on year. In 2007 he became a full Partner continuing to expand the company, develop the brand and implement new practices and procedures.

	Kim Taylor - Secretary

	Kim joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 as a secretary having previously worked in both the legal and travel industries. In addition to her secretarial and administrative responsibilities, Kim undertakes viewings, works closely with local developers and particularly enjoys sales progression, ensuring sales are concluded as smoothly as possible. Customer service is of utmost importance to Kim who has become a valued member of the team.

Wiveliscombe

	Christopher Bartlett - Manager

	Chris is from a farming background and has been in estate agency for the last eight years, formerly with a national agent covering the whole of the South West. He joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 as the manager of the Wiveliscombe office. As manager of the office, Chris deals with all aspects of estate agency from applicant management to property appraisals. He specialises in larger and rural properties and all aspects of property marketing.

	Kate Crudge - Partner

	Kate has been a Residential Lettings Partner in Wilkie May & Tuckwood from its inception in 2007. Kate has a wealth of experience in the Lettings industry and although the working day in the Lettings industry varies, she concentrates on valuations, legal notices and rent renewals. Kate has worked in the Lettings industry for nearly 16 years and over this time is proud to say she still has original clients under her care.

	Darren Swain - Partner

	Darren has been a Residential Lettings Partner in Wilkie May & Tuckwood since its inception in 2007. Darren had previously worked in retail management before deciding to concentrate his career on the Lettings industry. Darren has worked in the industry now for over 10 years and although he overseas all maintenance on a day to day basis he also specialises in valuations, viewings and landlord and tenant dispute issues.

	Heather Hodgson - Lettings Negotiator

	Heather joined the firm in 2008 and has a wealth of experience in the property industry having worked for local law firms before settling into Residential Lettings. Whilst all staff have to be versatile in their roles, Heather concentrates on securing the best tenants for our available properties and follows the process from start to finish to ensure a seamless transaction.

	Jemma Marke - Accounts Administrator

	Jemma has been with Wilkie May & Tuckwood for over 3 years and her role is that of Accounts Administrator. Jemma has been in the Residential Lettings industry for almost 10 years in total and therefore has an excellent local knowledge base. Jemma's role as Accounts Administrator includes the allocation of rents, payments to landlords and debt reconciliation. Alongside the rest of the team Jemma is keen to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients and contributes to the successful workings of a dynamic office environment.

	Lucy Gibbons - Administrator

	Lucy joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2008 further to previous experience in the local Letting's Industry and now has 3 years experience in the field. Lucy works as an Office Administrator and specialises in maintenance which involves direct consultation with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors on a daily basis dealing with any emergencies or works which may arise. During her time with the firm, Lucy has also successfully completed the NFOPP Letting & Property Management Part 1.

	Clarrie Jones - Administrator

	Clarrie joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in early 2009 and, due to the diversity of her role, has rapidly gained thorough local knowledge of the Residential Lettings market. Clarrie has 5 years administration experience and she deals with all office co-ordination including processing tenant references, updating all of the websites and property portals, diary management and contact with both landlords and tenants. Since being with the company Clarrie has completed an NFOPP award in Residential Letting and Property Management as well as an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration. She is currently working towards an NVQ Level 3 in the same subject.
